What makes it unique, is that these contractors are only registered here, because they have been recommended by owners who have previously used their services, and had a good experience with these contractors and the work that they do. The experience was so overwhelming that they had to let other owners know about it.
At the same time, Private BuilderTM serves as a platform to help owners to buy and sell surplus building materials or even better, to donate those to deserving organisations.
